Friday, May 29 | 1:00 pm | Donations. The fifth in a series of virtual tours and presentations with Baltimore Heritage and the Baltimore Architecture Foundation. The Garden City Movement, devised by an odd London genius named Ebenezer Howard, has shaped most British development, and the best British development, for more than a century. Baltimore has more good examples of Garden City design and development than any American city. Join Charlie Duff to explore the English movement and the wonderful places where Baltimore architects and developers learned what the Garden City movement had to teach.
Sunday, October 6 @ 11:00 am – 12:00 pm. This one hour tour, presented by the Baltimore Architecture Foundation (BAF) will explore the historic and recent architecture of Baltimore’s harbor and waterfront, as well as environmental initiatives for the harbor and Bay by Water Taxi.
