John Murdoch

John MurdochA charter member of the Baltimore Chapter of the AIA, John Murdoch practiced in partnership with N. H. Hutton from 1867 to 1873 (office at 46 Lexington Street). The best-known product of this collaboration is the Brown Memorial Church in Bolton Hill. In 1874, Murdoch established his own office at the northwest corner of Charles and Lexington, where he remained until 1881. Murdoch practiced out of 52 Lexington from 1881-1885, relocating to 1 Courtland Street (211 Courtland Street) in 1886.
