On Monday evening, Morgan State University will be hosting a lecture by the renowned Vancouver architect Bing Thom. Mr. Thom has recently completed the addition to the Arena Stage in southwest Washington, D.C. Recently, 2009 BAF Lewis Lecturer, Witold Rybczynski wrote of the project for Slate calling it “…an audacious building that breathes fresh air into the nation’s capital.” Don’t miss this chance to hear about the work of a terrific architect.
