Tom McGilloway, ASLA : Downtown Baltimore Open Space Masterplan

Friday October 29, 2010 at Noon

This Friday, the Baltimore Architecture Foundation concludes its Free Friday Forum Series with a discussion led by Tom McGilloway, ASLA of Mahan Rykiel, the firm selected to direct the Downtown Baltimore Open Space Master Plan.  The goal of the design is to create a plan that incorporates the preservation and enhancement of existing parks and open spaces and recommends creating new opportunities that together establish a viable open space network for its downtown area. Come hear Tom McGilloway’s impressions of the process so far and what to expect from the plan.

The Baltimore Architecture Foundation’s free noontime Forum is being held in a new location and on a new day this Fall.  The Forum events are held in the Poe Room of the Enoch Pratt Library’s Central Branch (on the 2nd floor across the hall from the Fine Arts department). Bring a lunch.
